Sports Massage

Sports massage is designed to enhance athletic performance and recovery. The intent here is to calm the nervous system and begin the process of flushing toxins and waste products out of the body. Sport massage can reduce recovery time, enabling an athlete to resume training much sooner than rest alone would allow. When an athlete sustains an injury, sport massage therapy can often speed and improve the quality of healing.

60 MINUTES: $100 • 90 MINUTES: $140 • 120 MINUTES: $200

Add-On: CBD Upgrade (helps with pain, anxiety, stress and lack of sleep!) $20

Add-On: Hypervolt Massage Gun Upgrade (penetrates deep within the muscle for quicker relief from sore muscles): $20
